19 Gallon Mushroom-Top Copper Pot Still

Step up to 19 gallons when a couple of jars per run no longer cuts it. The mushroom-top cap widens the vapor path and promotes a touch more copper contact and reflux than a plain pot, helping clean up the heads as they rise.

The whole vessel is hand-formed from copper at least a millimeter thick, with every union sealed in tin-silver solder. No lead, no brass shortcuts. That heavy copper surface is doing real chemistry during a run, scrubbing sulfides and rounding out the final character of your whiskey or rum in a way stainless simply can't replicate.
